We’ve partnered with a leading enterprise client in the UAE looking for a Senior Liferay Developer to support large-scale portal and digital transformation projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining enterprise portal applications using Liferay DXP / Portal
• Developing custom portlets, OSGi modules, services, hooks, and themes
• Integrating enterprise systems, APIs, authentication platforms, and third-party applications
• Supporting workflow, CMS, and portal customisation
• Driving performance optimisation, debugging, and troubleshooting across environments
• Supporting CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release activities
• Participating in architecture discussions and technical solution design
• Mentoring junior developers and contributing to code reviews

Requirements

• 6+ years Liferay development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Liferay DXP / 7.x
• Java / J2EE
• Spring Boot
• OSGi Modules
• REST / SOAP APIs
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Jenkins, CI/CD, Git
• Experience across enterprise integrations, portal customisation, and performance optimisation
• Agile/Scrum experience preferred
• UAE-based candidates and immediate joiners highly preferred
