Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for "Sr. DevOps Engineer” to join our team in Technology Department.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Groovy, or Python
• Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins(preferred), GitLab CI, CircleCI, ArgoCD, and Helm
• Experience with artifact repositories such as Sonatype Nexus or equivalent solutions
• Experience with Atlassian tools including Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence
• Experience with secret management systems and secure secret delivery practices
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP (preferred), AWS, or Azure
• Strong understanding of Git workflows and best practices
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with centralized logging and monitoring solutions such as Elasticsearch, Splunk, or equivalent platforms
• Knowledge of distributed messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills

What you’ll do

• Management of all CI/CD stack and related middleware components in the n11.com infrastructure,
• Ensure the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of automation and deployment environments supporting development teams
• Design, maintain, and optimize infrastructure and deployment pipelines
• Planning and performance adjustments of these systems and capacities in line with the needs,
• Reporting to senior management regularly or if requested transparently,
• Ensuring the protection by carefully preserving all kinds of passwords and access information of all connected and managed systems
• Maintain high availability and reliability of production systems while minimizing customer-impacting issues
• Improve observability through logging, monitoring, reporting, and dashboarding solutions
• Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to improve operational efficiency and developer experience
