Scrum Master

Role Summary

Enable high-performing Agile teams across transformation and operations initiatives. Facilitate sprint ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement within distributed, cross-functional teams spanning multiple geographies.

Must-Have Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PSM-I certification
• Sprint planning, execution, and retrospective facilitation
• Backlog grooming, user story refinement, and prioritization
• Velocity tracking, burndown analysis, and capacity planning
• Impediment resolution and escalation management
• Cross-functional team coordination across time zones
• AI-augmented project tracking and sprint analytics tools

Nice-to-Have Skills

• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification
• Distributed and multi-timezone team experience
• ERP migration or system conversion project experience
• Food manufacturing domain understanding
• DevOps and continuous delivery awareness
• Risk management and dependency tracking
• Metrics-driven decision making and OKRs
