As an Automation Programmer at Emergn you will design and build intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services to drive delivery excellence across complex, real-world client engagements.

We want you to:

• Design, build, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services.
• Write complex Power Fx expressions, create custom connectors, and manage end-to-end Power Platform solutions.
• Monitor and analyze platform usage to drive performance improvements and ensure delivery quality.
• Uphold software delivery excellence through code standards, risk mitigation, estimation, and defect analysis.
• Support team practices and contribute to Emergn's strategic goals across complex, large-scale engagements.
  
  

This job might be for you if you have:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong ability to write complex Power Fx expressions and build custom connectors.
• Experience integrating Azure services within Power Platform solutions.
• A solid understanding of software delivery principles including quality, risk management, and structured estimation.
• Experience delivering in agile environments with varying levels of complexity and uncertainty.
  
  

Location requirement:

• You must be based in Latvia and available to work hybrid from our Riga office.
