Our client is a global software company that has been delivering mission-critical technology platforms for more than 45 years across healthcare, finance, logistics and government sectors. Their systems underpin large-scale environments where uptime, scalability, resilience and security are essential.

As part of a major cloud transformation programme, they’re building out a brand-new DevOps and cloud platform engineering function in Dublin and are hiring multiple engineers across Senior, Lead and Principal-level roles.

This team will focus on designing, automating and operating large-scale Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure across AWS, Azure and GCP, supporting globally distributed SaaS and managed service platforms.

Depending on your level, you’ll either be deeply hands-on across automation, Kubernetes and infrastructure engineering, or operating as a senior technical leader shaping architecture, engineering standards, cloud strategy and long-term platform scalability.

The environment is heavily engineering-led with a strong focus on Kubernetes at scale, Infrastructure as Code, observability, automation, platform reliability and modern DevOps practices across highly available production systems.

• Kubernetes in large-scale production environments
• DevOps or Platform Engineering experience across AWS, Azure and/or GCP
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Helm and Kubernetes package management
• Strong Linux and containerisation experience
• CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling
• Kubernetes networking, security and observability
• Experience operating highly available cloud platforms
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Kubernetes and cloud environments
• Experience working in complex enterprise or mission-critical environments
