Project Overview

DevOps / Ops / Application Support candidate to analyze and investigate incidents across cloud and on-premise infrastructure, support developers on infrastructure architecture, inspect and correlate logs, assist with performance testing and optimization, support application sizing and releases from test to production, maintain operational documentation, contribute to migration from on-premise infrastructure to public cloud, and set up and maintain application monitoring for Service Desk teams. The engagement is focused on operations, support, infrastructure optimization, and cloud migration rather than new product development.

Scope & Deliverables

Incident analysis and root-cause investigation on technical infrastructure issues; log inspection and correlation using tools such as Kibana and CloudWatch; support for infrastructure architecture decisions; performance testing support and analysis with optimization recommendations; application sizing and release support from test environments to production; creation and maintenance of operational documentation; monitoring setup and maintenance using Kibana, Prometheus, Grafonnet, and OpenTelemetry; infrastructure improvement suggestions; on-call support rotation of one week every six to eight weeks.
