Your new role

As the Business Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in collecting, analysing and translating complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision making.
You'll develop and maintain performance measurement systems, extract and analyse large datasets, and deliver high‑quality reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. You'll create business intelligence solutions to improve access to data, identify trends and provide actionable insights that inform planning and operational performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting and performance measurement
• Strong capability in extracting, analysing and interpreting complex datasets
• Experience using business intelligence and data visualisation tools
• Advanced Excel skills and strong technical data capability
• Ability to identify trends, risks and insights to support decision making
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate insights clearly
• Experience contributing to reporting, briefing materials or business improvement initiatives
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams and priorities
