Position: Project Manager

Type: Contract

Compensation: $45 - $110/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Leverage Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices to simulate and improve real-world project management processes for AI training purposes.
• Perform comprehensive risk assessments and articulate strategic plans, ensuring data-driven project simulations.
• Demonstrate advanced budget management and resource allocation skills throughout various project lifecycles.
• Contribute validated documentation and communications to inform the development of AI models with accurate, industry-standard project management procedures.
• Analyze and provide insights into the entire SDLC, identifying potential improvements and risks at each phase.

Requirements

• Have a minimum of of hands-on experience in project management, with a proven track record leading Agile and Scrum teams.
• Possess exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with an emphasis on articulating complex project scenarios clearly.
• Demonstrate expertise in risk assessment, budget management, and resource allocation across multi-phase projects.
• Have a solid understanding of the project lifecycle (SDLC) and strategic planning best practices.
• Exhibit strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate diverse project environments.
