What You'll Do

• High-Quality Delivery: Responsible for delivering high-quality translation and localization work, ensuring translations are accurate, fluent, and delivered on time.
• Quality Assurance: Perform in-context quality checks on web and app platforms to ensure online content meets required standards.
• Asset Management: Maintain and enhance terminology databases, continuously upgrade translation assets, and drive optimization of localization strategies and processes.
• AI Integration: Actively utilize and promote AI translation and auxiliary tools to improve team efficiency and translation quality.
• Project Ownership: Manage project timelines and quality with a strong sense of responsibility, stay informed about industry trends, and continuously enhance professional expertise.

What You'll Need

• Language Mastery: Speaker of Ukrainian with excellent English skills and outstanding bilingual communication abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using various CAT tools.
• Experience: At least 5 years of translation experience; candidates with a relevant translation education background are preferred. Experience in crypto, blockchain, or the financial sector is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Highly responsible, meticulous, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Mindset: Passionate about localization and multilingual content optimization, able to proactively propose and implement improvements.
• Availability: Reliable, responsive, and available to work online from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UTC+3).
