Back End Developer – PHP | Remote

Position: Back End Developer PHP

Type: Contract

Compensation: $30 - $110/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve complex back end problems using PHP, Node.js, and MySQL for real-world scenarios.
• Review and evaluate backend code for logical accuracy, scalability, and performance.
• Provide detailed feedback on code structure, design patterns, and best practices to improve AI system learning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into robust back end solutions.
• Document and articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure that all work meets high standards for security, maintainability, and performance.

Requirements

• Have extensive experience in PHP development, with a strong command of modern back end frameworks such as Laravel.
• Be fluent in Node.js and have experience building scalable server-side applications.
• Possess hands-on expertise with MySQL and database optimization techniques.
• Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
• Exhibit strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
