Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven and analytical Menu & Pricing Manager to lead menu engineering and pricing strategy across markets. This role sits within the marketing function and plays a critical role in shaping the brand’s menu architecture, optimizing profitability, and driving customer value perception.
The role requires a strong balance between data-driven decision making and brand understanding, ensuring that pricing and menu strategies support both business performance and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Menu Engineering & Optimization
- Lead menu engineering analysis (sales mix, contribution margins, product performance)
- Identify opportunities to optimize menu structure, product placement, and mix
- Recommend actions to improve profitability, simplify the menu, and enhance customer decision-making
- Support development of core menu, LTOs, and promotional structures from a commercial perspective
2. Pricing Strategy
- Develop and implement pricing strategies across markets in alignment with brand positioning
- Ensure pricing supports both value perception and margin objectives
- Lead pricing frameworks for new product launches (LTOs and core additions)
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to ensure competitiveness
3. Menu Architecture & Value Strategy
- Define and evolve menu architecture (premium, core, value tiers)
- Support development of value layers and bundling strategies (meals, combos, upgrades)
- Ensure clear and effective price communication across menus and channels
- Work on upsell and trade-up strategies to drive average check growth
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, finance, supply chain, and operations teams
- Align on cost inputs, margins, and feasibility for pricing decisions
- Support markets with pricing guidance while allowing local flexibility where needed
- Ensure alignment between product strategy, pricing, and campaign objectives
5. Performance Tracking & Insights
- Monitor pricing performance, menu mix, and profitability metrics
- Analyze impact of pricing changes and promotions
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve performance
- Support post-launch evaluations for LTOs and campaigns
Experience & Skills Required
Experience
- 7–10+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial strategy, or menu engineering
- Strong background in QSR, food service, retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing businesses with high SKU complexity
- Proven track record of owning pricing strategy and driving measurable impact on revenue and margins
- Experience working across multiple markets / regions with an understanding of localization vs standardization
- Exposure to new product launches (LTOs), promotions, and bundling strategies from a commercial lens
- Experience collaborating closely with finance, marketing, and operations teams on P&L-driven decisions
Skills
- Strong analytical mindset – comfortable working with large datasets, pricing models, and margin analysis
- Expertise in menu engineering, pricing frameworks, elasticity, and promotional effectiveness
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, value perception, and price psychology
- Commercial acumen with a balance of brand thinking + profitability focus
- Advanced skills in Excel / data tools (Power BI / Tableau is a plus)
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills – able to challenge and align senior stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment with cross-functional complexity

- Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end initiatives, from analysis to execution and impact tracking
- Comfortable operating with high autonomy while providing clear structure and direction to markets
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under ambiguity
