About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Product Manager with strong E-commerce domain expertise to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for our digital commerce platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in product strategy, roadmap planning, stakeholder management, customer experience enhancement, and data-driven product execution.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to build scalable and customer-centric e-commerce products that drive business growth and user engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define, own, and execute the product roadmap aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify trends and user needs.
  • Translate business requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features.
  • Define product KPIs and monitor product performance using analytics and data insights.
  • Drive product launches and collaborate with marketing teams for go-to-market strategies.
  • Gather customer feedback and continuously optimize product offerings and user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to prioritize initiatives and align expectations.
  • Lead product discussions, sprint planning, and roadmap reviews.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of overall experience in Product Management.
  • Mandatory 3+ years of hands-on experience in the E-commerce domain.
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms, customer journeys, and digital product ecosystems.
  • Experience managing products through the complete product lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.
  • Exposure to marketplace, retail-tech, or omnichannel commerce solutions is a plus.
