Job Description

We are looking for a Jr. Project Manager who will take an active role in coordinating and supporting our game development processes end-to-end. This role focuses on process tracking, coordination, and maintaining a structured and sustainable production flow. It requires the ability to organize multiple moving parts simultaneously, follow details carefully, and maintain smooth collaboration across teams, both in-house and outsource, within highly iterative creative environments.

You will work closely with development, art, design, and outsource teams while actively contributing to task management, deadline tracking, revision cycles, delivery coordination, and overall operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate project needs and team requirements into clear, organized, and trackable tasks
• Organize backlog structures, task workflows, and production tracking processes
• Carefully track deadlines, deliveries, revisions, approvals, and dependencies
• Maintain regular follow-up with teams to ensure work progresses according to schedule
• Coordinate outsource communication, deliveries, and operational follow-up processes
• Maintain organized documentation and clear information flow across teams
• Ensure incoming work aligns with defined scope, quality expectations, and timelines
• Track feedback and revision cycles to ensure updates are implemented properly
• Identify blockers, delays, or missing points proactively throughout the process
• Support meeting notes, action item tracking, and status reporting processes
• Coordinate operational processes that require high attention to detail and strong follow-up
• Contribute to improving workflow organization and overall production sustainability

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., arts, design, communication, engineering, or other art or analytical disciplines) or equivalent experience
• Strong interest in the gaming industry and game development processes
• Passion for playing, understanding, and analyzing games across different genres
• Highly motivated to learn with a structured, detail-oriented, and organized working approach
• Ability to work carefully within creative processes that require continuous feedback and revisions
• Interest in project management, operations, product development, or game development processes
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing processes in a structured and organized manner
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and iterative environments
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret information and support processes effectively
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Experience with Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar tools is a plus
• Advanced English proficiency (written & verbal) is required
• Comfortable working with global teams across different time zones is essential
