Senior Mobile Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Mobile Developer to join our growing technology team and contribute to globally focused healthcare and AI-driven products.

For us, this role is far beyond simply developing mobile applications.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the product, contributes to technical decision-making, builds scalable and high-performance mobile systems, and approaches software engineering with a strong sense of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, sustainable, and modern mobile applications
• Take an active role in end-to-end mobile development processes
• Build high-performance, user-centric applications with clean and maintainable architecture
• Develop secure, testable, and maintainable mobile solutions for iOS and/or Android platforms
• Collaborate closely with backend and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Contribute actively to code review, Git workflows, release management, and CI/CD processes
• Produce technical documentation and support a strong knowledge-sharing culture
• Participate in architectural and technical decision-making processes
• Contribute to products solving real-world problems with measurable impact

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 7+ years of mobile application development experience
• Strong experience with modern mobile technologies such as Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or native iOS/Android development
• Solid understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend services
• Experience with state management, responsive UI development, and performance optimization
• Knowledge of mobile app publishing and deployment processes (App Store / Google Play)
• Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Good command of English communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented and responsible approach
• Passion for software quality, scalability, and maintainability

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare technologies or AI-driven mobile products
• Experience with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, or offline-first architectures
• Knowledge of application security and mobile performance optimization
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Experience writing unit and integration tests
• German language skills are considered a strong plus
