Frontend Developer

As a Senior Frontend Developer at Senkron.ai, you will play a critical role in building scalable, modern, and high-performance user interfaces across our AI-powered healthcare platforms. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and AI teams to create seamless and intuitive user experiences for dashboards, CRM systems, omnichannel communication tools, and AI agent interfaces.

Your responsibilities will include developing responsive frontend architectures, optimizing application performance, improving usability, and contributing to frontend strategy and technical decisions. You will also help establish best practices, maintain component libraries and design systems, and ensure code quality across projects.

 Qualifications

 - Strong experience in Frontend Development with modern frameworks such as React (Next.js or similar is a plus)

 - Deep understanding of responsive design, component-based architecture, and modern UI development principles

 - Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frontend performance optimization

 - Experience integrating APIs and working collaboratively with backend development teams

 - Hands-on experience with real-time technologies, particularly Socket.IO / WebSockets

 - Familiarity with modern frontend tooling, state management (Redux Toolkit preferred), and scalable application structures

 - Experience building SaaS platforms, dashboards, or real-time communication interfaces

 - Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to collaborate closely with product and design teams

 - Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and agile development environments

 - Ability to lead frontend architectural decisions and mentor mid-level developers

 - Comfortable owning a codebase end-to-end — from technical debt assessment to roadmap planning

 - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

 - Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving startup environment

 - Experience in AI products, healthcare technology, conversational interfaces, or omnichannel communication systems

- Awareness of data privacy regulations (KVKK / GDPR / HIPAA) is a plus, especially in healthcare contexts
