We would like to meet a .Net Tech Lead for a project in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of web applications using C# .Net, ensuring best practices in architecture, code quality, and performance.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver innovative, scalable technical solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance corporate platforms within an international Agile environment.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, specification, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring alignment with defined standards and best practices.
• Design and implement new functionalities while improving and optimizing existing applications.
• Define and enforce architectural patterns, coding standards, and development guidelines.
• Contribute to requirements gathering and business process engineering activities.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines in GitLab to support automated deployments and DevOps practices.
• Analyze incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve bugs to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers from a technical perspective.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in C# .Net web application development.
• Hands-on experience with .Net 8 (or higher).
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Tech Lead in C# .Net projects.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and development best practices.
• Advanced understanding of C# .Net framework capabilities and features.
• Proven ability to identify and implement architectural improvements and coding standards.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab for automated deployments.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for incident and bug resolution.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
