The role involves supporting LAN, WAN, data centre, wireless, and security infrastructure, acting as an escalation point for complex incidents, and ensuring high availability of network services.

- Cisco routing & switching, Nexus, ACI
- Firewalls: Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet
- VPNs, WAN, LAN, Wireless
- Network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Splunk)
- Automation basics (Ansible, REST API – desirable)
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills
Experience in Data Centre Network Support.
