About the Company
We are a team of over 200 professionals dedicated to creating innovative tech solutions for businesses. Based in Argentina, we develop platforms used across North America, always aiming to exceed our clients' expectations. Our expertise ranges from interface design to complete business software, with a team focused on technical support and quality control. We are guided by six core values that ensure excellence in every project. We're growing and looking for people like you to join us.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability tests) and analyze feedback to identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
- Develop user personas and user stories that guide the design and development process.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that reflect the user journey and interactions with the product.
- Apply iterative design techniques, incorporating feedback from cross-functional teams and real users.
- Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to ensure a cohesive experience across all products.
- Organize and run usability tests, and implement design improvements based on results.
- Document design decisions and define UX guidelines to maintain consistency across products.
- Stay up to date with UX trends, tools, and competitor products.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably in software or web applications.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, UXPin, Balsamiq, or similar).
- Solid background in user research, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Analytical mindset with business insight — ability to connect design decisions to product outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills to present and defend design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to the UX process: research synthesis, user flow generation, and assisted documentation (Figma AI, Maze AI, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS; understanding front-end constraints improves collaboration with developers and results in more feasible designs.
