Scrum Master

Scrum Master – Contract Inside IR35 - London (3 days onsite, 2 days wfh) - Initial 12 month Contract

My Client, a leading Financial Services organisation are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a high-performing Agile delivery environment supporting complex enterprise initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced Agile teams within Finacial Services firms, driving continuous improvement. You should also have strong experience managing delivery, releases, and stakeholder communication across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies

• Maintain strong Jira hygiene including work capture, status accuracy, and capacity alignment

• Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure alignment and successful delivery

• Coach teams using delivery metrics and data-driven insights

• Manage release plans, timelines, cutovers, risks, and stakeholder communications

• Drive continuous improvement and team performance

Required Experience:

• 4+ years of Scrum Master experience within Financial Services

• 4+ years of Jira experience

• 4+ years of SDLC experience

• Strong experience leading Agile ceremonies and supporting Agile delivery teams

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• CSM or PSM certification preferred
