Senior / Lead .NET Developer:

Brief JD:

We are looking for an experienced Senior / Lead .NET Core Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions. The role involves leading a development team, managing the full software development lifecycle, and building high-quality applications using .NET technologies.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices and technical standards.

Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, and REST APIs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

Manage the complete software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment).

Conduct code reviews and ensure quality assurance standards are followed.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance problems.

Implement Agile practices such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Work with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or React.

Support cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD DevOps processes.

Stay updated with latest technologies and drive continuous improvement in development processes.
