- Coordinate a large number of candidate meetings across early career and seasoned talent pipelines using internal tools, with occasional manual arrangement
- Partner with hiring leaders, recruiters, and interview panels to ensure smooth communication and a positive candidate journey
- Prepare interview spaces and ensure they are ready for daily use
- Welcome candidates (both onsite and remote), provide guidance, answer questions, and help them feel ready for their interviews
- Oversee live interview schedules, keeping everything on track while resolving any issues quickly
- Keep both candidates and internal stakeholders informed on progress and next steps throughout the hiring process
- Capture role requirements and initiate new hiring requests within internal systems
- Contribute to broader talent initiatives by helping move projects forward, coordinating updates, and working cross-functionally
- Assist with various talent-related programs, including campus activities, hiring events, and internal team initiatives
- Handle sensitive information responsibly and maintain strict confidentiality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in a people-focused or coordination-heavy environment (e.g., talent, operations, HR)
- A track record of identifying opportunities to improve workflows or processes
- Familiarity with recruitment tools or systems is helpful but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with a range of stakeholders
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication abilities
- A proactive, driven mindset with a desire to contribute meaningfully
- Sound judgment and the ability to handle challenges with professionalism and integrity
- A collaborative approach and positive influence within a team setting
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities without losing attention to detail
- Quick adaptability when learning new tools and systems
