Senior UX/UI Designer – Salesforce Platform

General Description

Join a leading banking organization in the UAE supporting large-scale digital transformation and customer experience initiatives. We are looking for experienced UX/UI Designers with strong Salesforce platform experience to support an ongoing onsite engagement in Abu Dhabi.

This opportunity is ideal for hands-on UX/UI professionals who are comfortable working directly within Salesforce environments, improving usability, enhancing platform experience, and aligning enterprise applications with modern design standards.

This is a contract / freelance engagement (initial 3 months) with an immediate hiring timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and theme Salesforce interfaces directly within the platform
• Customize Salesforce components to align with enterprise brand standards including colors, typography, layouts, and design consistency
• Improve overall platform UX including navigation, information hierarchy, screen density, and interaction patterns
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to enhance usability and user experience across internal platforms
• Document design decisions, configurations, and UX guidelines to support long-term continuity and handover
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency standards are maintained throughout the platform

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or Salesforce UX Consultant within enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Salesforce UI/themes directly within Salesforce
• Strong understanding of UX principles including navigation structures, information hierarchy, accessibility, and usability standards
• Experience working with enterprise design systems and brand-aligned interfaces
• Ability to work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders in fast-paced delivery environments
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Immediate or short-notice availability is highly preferred
