Job Description:

Role focus- 7 Years Exp.

• UX + UI generalists
• End‑to‑end ownership across the project lifecycle:
• UX research → workshops → wireframes → UI design → delivery

Core skills & tools

• Design tools:
• Figma (primary)
• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, etc.)
• Envision / Adobe XD (acceptable)
• Prototyping & wireframing
• Responsive design:
• Web & mobile
• Multiple breakpoints and large screens
• Experience with design systems (internal design system available)

Working style

• Comfortable running design thinking workshops independently
• Confident stakeholder communication
• Ability to work across multiple portfolios.
• Expected to work independently.

Experience & profile

• Ideal: ~5 years’ experience
• Strong portfolio mandatory
• Experience with:
• Large enterprise applications
• Customer‑facing and internal systems
• Domain experience not mandatory

Certifications not required.
