Full Stack Engineer

👋 We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer (backend-heavy) to join one of our clients — an innovative company building autonomous, AI-driven workflows in the trading domain.

This is a high-autonomy, zero-to-one environment where you will work closely with founders to design and deliver end-to-end features with full ownership. The focus is on building a multi-agent system to automate complex workflows, including supplier matching, pricing, quoting, and communication.

Success in this role is defined by delivering working solutions quickly, taking full responsibility for features, and contributing to real business impact, rather than perfect architecture.

📌 Main responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of features from idea to production
• Build and implement backend-heavy systems using Python
• Develop and maintain production-ready frontend components using React.js
• Design and build multi-agent or AI-driven workflows
• Develop scalable APIs, services, and data pipelines
• Contribute to system architecture and technical decisions
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-grade code
• Collaborate directly with founders and stakeholders to deliver high-impact features
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, low-process environment

💪 Requirements

• Strong experience in backend-heavy fullstack development
• Extensive Python experience (core focus of the role)
• Hands-on experience with: FastAPI (or similar frameworks), React.js or Next.js (production-level, recent experience)
• Experience building and maintaining REST APIs and backend services
• Proven ability to own features end-to-end independently
• Practical experience with: AI systems or multi-agent systems (1–2+ years hands-on experience)
• Strong understanding of: system design and microservices architecture, database design and performance optimization
• Experience with: Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines; Cloud platforms (GCP preferred, or AWS/Azure)
• Strong coding standards (Clean Code, Design Patterns, testing practices)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-autonomy environments
• Good communication skills and fluency in English

💡 Nice to have

• Experience building multi-agent orchestration systems
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or AI workflows
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Exposure to MLOps practices
• Startup or zero-to-one product experience
