We are currently looking for a People Operations Generalist to join an international HR environment within one of the world’s leading airline groups. You will play a key role in supporting HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll processes, and HR compliance across a multicultural and dynamic organization.

You will work closely with international stakeholders and contribute to improving HR processes, employee experience, and operational excellence within a fast-paced environment.

🦾 What will you do?

Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations

• Manage HR administrative processes from hire to retire, including contracts, employee documentation, HR systems updates, and internal mobility processes

Payroll & Compliance

• Support payroll operations, employee benefits administration, and ensure compliance with Spanish labour law and internal HR policies

HR Advisory & Reporting

• Provide HR support to employees regarding salary, absence management, working time, policies, and generate HR reports and organizational documentation

Process Improvement & Projects

• Participate in HR digitalization initiatives, process improvements, policy updates, and international HR projects focused on enhancing employee experience

✅ What are we looking for?

• Previous experience managing the full employee lifecycle and HR Operations processes, including payroll administration

• Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law and HR best practices (knowledge of UK, Ireland or Poland regulations is a plus)

• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, SharePoint or similar tools

• Professional level of English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment

Nice to have

• Experience working in multinational or multi-function organizations

• Experience participating in HR transformation or digitalization projects

• Analytical mindset with experience generating HR reports and metrics
