Key Responsibilities:
- Support commercial contracting (NDAs, SaaS agreements, vendor agreements, DPAs, partner/reseller agreements), including first pass reviews and redlining;
- Manage contract workflows and internal coordination with Sales, Customer Success and Finance;
- Own and maintain our contract management system (Juro), including contract storage, tracking, and reporting;
- Monitor contract obligations, renewal dates, and key risk areas;
- Support the development and maintenance of legal templates, playbooks, and internal guidelines
- Contribute to building legal operations (processes, automation, documentation, and internal training);
- Assist with compliance and data protection tasks (e.g., GDPR related documentation and tracking)
- Support audits, internal policies, and legal documentation;
- Provide support on simpler HR related legal matters and documentation;
- Manage HR-related agreements requiring legal review and coordinate the signature process (employment agreements, amendments, contractor agreements etc.).
Requirements:
- Experience 1–3 years of experience in an in-house legal role or law firm with a strong commercial focus
- Solid understanding of contract law and commercial agreements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Good business judgment and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, ownership-driven attitude; you take initiative and follow through
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Nice to have:
- Experience in a fast-paced technology company or B2B SaaS or international environment
Familiarity with data protection legislation
- Experience with contract management tools (e.g., Juro or similar CLM systems)
- Experience with labour law
