Responsibilities:

• Analyze, integrate, transform, and process data to support Data Analytics initiatives
• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards, particularly within Logistics and HR areas
• Improve reporting performance and implement automation solutions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and business process transformation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across different data sources

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Analysis roles
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and Alteryx
• Hands-on experience with data transformation and reporting solutions
• Experience creating dashboards and analytical reports
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Mandatory: Active Alteryx License
