The Data, Analytics & AI Division is in charge to transform BCR in a data driven organization being responsible for end to end delivery of AI, BI & Advanced analytics solutions, data governance and quality. We combine business and technical knowledge at the same time, and we coordinate and define data strategy for the entire organization.

How you will contribute

• Empower strategic and operational decision-making by uncovering patterns and hidden relationships within data;
• Transform large data sets into actionable insights through advanced analytical models, machine learning, and AI techniques, effectively communicating results to stakeholders;
• Collaborate closely with business experts to develop and test business hypotheses, as well as define performance metrics;
• Advocate for the value of data across the organization, promoting a data-driven culture.

What will help you be successful

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, or a similar discipline;
• More than 2 years of experience in a data science role within a commercial environment, with a strong preference for experience in finance or banking;
• Advanced experience in Python programming language and SQL (data processing);
• Experience with visualization tools (Power BI/Plotly/GGplot/etc);
• Mandatory experience in developing and maintaining ML models;
• Understand the big data ecosystem and its major components;
• Knowledge in the use of cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data storage, processing, and analysis – Databricks would be a plus;
• Experience with ML/Ops, CI/CD pipelines would be a plus.
