Contract Role – Senior Data Analyst (Data Governance) – Dublin/Hybrid – 12 months

We are seeking a skilled Lead Data Analyst working on the Data governance Team. Working on data accessibility

This is not a “reporting-only” role - this person will define the rules, document and design the workflows, and drive adoption across cross‑functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data analysis, data governance, data quality, business analysis, or related roles.
• Proven experience creating SOPs, process documentation, workflow design, and governance artifacts.
• Strong working knowledge of data concepts: data lineage, metadata, data quality, business definitions, controls.
• Ability to partner with technical teams (data engineering, platform teams) and communicate requirements clearly.
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience across business and technology teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance, compliance-heavy domains).
• Familiarity with governance tooling (e.g., catalog/glossary/lineage tools) and issue management workflows.
• Experience with KPI frameworks and operational reporting for governance programs.
• Understanding of “Source of Truth (SOT)” concepts and data product operating models.
