Large multinational seeking Data Labelling Analysts to join an Integrity Harms team focused on improving AI safety and trust systems. This is a high-impact role supporting the development and evaluation of AI models through expert annotation, policy application, and quality assurance.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality expert labels across integrity-related datasets, including safety and unwanted contact harms. The role plays a critical part in ensuring AI systems are trained and evaluated with accuracy, consistency, and strong policy alignment.
This is a fast-paced, structured environment where precision, judgement, and consistency are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply integrity policies to accurately label and evaluate content for AI training and assessment
- Create and maintain golden datasets to benchmark reviewer and model performance
- Conduct quality assurance checks and calibration across review outputs
- Identify policy ambiguity and escalate gaps to relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and labelling processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including policy, operations, and technical stakeholders
- Support onboarding, training, and calibration of new reviewers
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in Trust & Safety, integrity operations, QA, compliance, or investigative roles
- Strong analytical and policy reasoning skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work at scale in a target-driven environment
- Experience working in structured, performance-focused roles
- Strong written communication and ability to articulate policy decisions clearly
- Resilience when working with potentially sensitive or disturbing content
Desirable Experience
- Familiarity with integrity review platforms or moderation tooling
- Background in AI labelling, content moderation, or quality assurance
- Understanding of safety harms, scams, impersonation, and abuse detection workflows
