Scrum Master

ACCPRO are delighted to partner with a leading international financial services company to recruit for day rate contractor Scrum Masters. Based in Dublin City Centre on a hybrid basis with excellent day rates.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Coach teams and Product Owners on Scrum and Agile best practices to improve delivery, accountability, and team effectiveness.
• Remove blockers and coordinate across teams/stakeholders to enable successful sprint and release delivery.
• Foster high-performing teams through continuous improvement, conflict resolution, and strong stakeholder engagement.
• Support backlog health, estimation, release readiness, and Agile governance.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Agile product development/service delivery, including 2+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and servant leadership, with the ability to drive and influence Agile best practices.
• Experience facilitating multiple Scrum teams and coaching teams toward self-organisation and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with distributed/remote teams; exposure to Kanban and SAFe preferred.
• Scrum certification preferred (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
