What you’ll be working on

• Designing and automating cloud security controls across AWS infrastructure
• Securing Kubernetes/EKS environments and cloud-native applications
• Embedding security practices throughout CI/CD and software delivery pipelines
• Building and improving vulnerability management processes and tooling
• Managing IAM, RBAC and least-privilege access models
• Driving infrastructure security, compliance and monitoring initiatives
• Supporting secure API and platform development within a regulated fintech environment
• Collaborating closely with DevOps, Platform Engineering and Software Engineering teams

Ideal background

• Strong DevSecOps, Cloud Security or Platform Security experience
• Hands-on AWS security expertise within production environments
• Strong Kubernetes and container security knowledge
• Experience embedding security into CI/CD and engineering workflows
• Background within fintech, financial services, banking, payments or regulated SaaS environments highly beneficial
• Engineers who enjoy ownership, autonomy and modern security engineering practices
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, CISM or similar are beneficial but not essential
