We are looking for a

QA Engineer

to join our team at our location in Tallinn to build the next generation fintech.

This role is the backbone of our high-quality backend services, ensuring everyone, including our team, business, and clients, can count on top-notch performance. In this position, you hold the keys to providing a stellar experience for millions.

You will join a dynamic, motivated team that loves exploring cutting-edge tech to enhance our backend operations further. Expect a warm and fun-loving atmosphere where we keep the good times rolling.

What will be your challenge:

As a QA Engineer, your role will involve developing software specifically for testing, such as tools, frameworks, and automated tests. You will work on enhancing the quality of existing applications by creating tests, conducting testing, and implementing test automation routines. Your daily tasks will include the following:

  • Planning testing automation for existing and upcoming projects (Unit Tests / Integration Tests including E2E / Performance Tests )
  • Support the team with quality tests.
  • Integrate automated tests into Azure Pipelines.
  • Brainstorm with the team on upcoming projects and keep test/quality in focus, mentoring team members with new testing technologies.
  • Proactively collaborate with the development team to ensure the code is testable and achieves comprehensive test coverage, helping the team to keep focus on test and quality.
  • Work closely with the product owner, giving an overview of the status and the upcoming project quality plan.


You will be using technologies:

  • C#, .Net, JavaScript;
  • Postman, Specflow, RestSharp, Rest Assured, Cucumber, Allure Reports, Selenium, SQL, Cypress;
  • Azure DevOps, Azure, Docker, Docker Compose;
  • Soap UI, JMeter, or other Load Testing tools


What will help you to succeed in the role:

  • 3+ years of experience in Software Development in Test role with multiple projects and technologies.
  • Knowledge of various types and methodologies of testing.
  • Proficiency in Automation tools and frameworks, with a particular emphasis on BDD tooling (such as Cucumber.js and Specflow).
  • Have a proven track record of implementing automated solutions.
  • Possess strong experience in developing and testing complex API interfaces.
  • Understand and experience CI/CD, Dependency Management, and Source Control tools.
  • Have experience working in DevOps environments/teams


As a person, you are self-driven and have a proactive and can-do attitude. You are good and know how to communicate with different businesses and tech stakeholders. You do speak English fluently.
