Agile Coach – Core Technology Environment

Context

For one of our international enterprise clients (Brussels region) we are looking for a hands-on Senior Scrum Master/ Agile Coach to support teams operating within a highly critical and fast-paced technology environment.

You will help teams improve collaboration, delivery rhythm and continuous improvement while operating in a context balancing innovation, operational pressure, security and compliance constraints. The role is highly interactive and close to day-to-day delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Support agile teams in their day-to-day delivery activities
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure effective team collaboration
• Help create the right discussions between stakeholders, teams and leadership
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in a complex legacy environment
• Assist teams in balancing operational delivery with modernization efforts
• Remove impediments and help improve team effectiveness
• Work closely with Tribe Coaches and delivery stakeholders
• Contribute to a healthy agile and collaborative culture

Profile

• Experience as Senior Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Delivery Lead
• Strong hands-on mentality and pragmatic mindset
• Comfortable operating in complex enterprise environments
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Able to work closely with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience in change and transformation environments
• Mature personality with strong common sense and ownership mindset

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Jira and/or ServiceNow
• Exposure to transformation programs
• Experience in regulated or high-availability environments
