The Role

Are you passionate about pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with Artificial Intelligence? GlobalLogic is looking for Machine Learning / AI Engineers to join our dynamic teams in Latin America. We are seeking professionals who can design, build, and deploy production-grade models that solve complex real-world problems.

If you have a solid foundation in mathematics, statistics, and software engineering, and you're excited about the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps, you are exactly who we are looking for.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2+ years of relevant experience in Machine Learning or Data Science roles.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Innovation: Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, LangChain, Llama) and fine-tuning models is highly valued.
• Engineering: Strong understanding of MLOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Methodology: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and a product-oriented mindset.
• Location: Based in Argentina.
• Language: Advanced English communication skills (B2/C1).
