The team you will be a part of

The Business HR team implements the organization's human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives. Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs.

This Role In Summary

As a Business HR Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, integrating HR strategies with business goals to drive organizational design, culture, and talent strategy. You will be responsible for leveraging data insights to address people challenges while managing core HR processes and executive agendas to foster employee engagement and effective business results.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Applies core HR processes to areas (examples: EPE, Succession, Engagement), creating an execution strategy tailored to the specific needs of each.
  • Directly supports senior leaders by managing their day-to-day needs and demands.
  • Manages the organizational structure view with strategic thinking, incorporating open positions and recruitment priority.
  • Proactively leverages data insights through BHR KPIs (PE Scorecard), observes trends and crafts interventions in partnership with business leaders to address org & talent challenges.
  • Leverages change management to foster employee engagement and culture.
  • Lead executive agendas with people topics and create executive-level presentations about our people strategy.

  • Spanish (desirable)
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Data Analysis and Problem Solving (level 4: effective): Crucial for "proactively leveraging data insights, observing trends, and crafting interventions" to address organizational and talent challenges.
  • CI and Change Management (level 4: effective): adapts quickly to change, solves problems creatively and continuously evaluates and improves process.
  • Project/Process Management (level 3: intermediate): The ability to translate a People Strategy into an actionable, operational delivery for the business.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management (level 3: intermediate): The ability to effectively interact with and advise senior leaders, communicating and acting as a credible partner.
  • Executive Presentation (level 3: intermediate): Convey complex strategies and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Regional Business Acumen (level 3: intermediate): Knowledge of whirlpool business’ strategy to balance decision’s impacts
  • People processes (level 3: intermediate): Knowledge of Whirlpool's talent cycle and processes.
