urgent requirement for Technical Delivery & Application Lead – SQL, .NET/Java, Vendor & Stakeholder Management for our banking clients in Oman

Strong experience SQL queries, database design, troubleshooting, Oracle RDBMS is THE Must
Strong experience in Prior Hands-on Development/Coding Background- C#.NET / Java Web Services OOP Concepts is the MUST
Strong experience as Technical Lead / Delivery Lead roles Managing end-to-end technical deliveries is MUST
Strong experience in Coordinating with vendors, Driving SIT/UAT and Liaise with Info Sec and Infra team to get approvals is the MUST
Strong experience in leading teams, conducting code/design reviews, effort estimation, risk management, and ensuring delivery quality is MUST
Strong Banking Domain is MUST

Responsible for meeting development and delivery schedules while ensuring the delivered solution meets technical specifications, architecture standards, and business requirements. The role requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent project coordination, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Project & Technical Responsibilities

Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of cross-functional and multi-platform application systems.
Conduct module-level effort estimations and integrate estimations for complete system delivery.
Analyze the impact of requirement changes on timelines, cost, and technical functionality.
Develop, plan, and manage project implementation activities.
Conduct system-wide integration requirement analysis.
Thoroughly understand business requirements and solution design.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
Conduct peer code reviews and technical reviews, providing constructive feedback.
Prepare accurate and detailed weekly status and task reports.
Coordinate with vendors for deliveries, issue resolution, and clarifications.
Liaise with internal development teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Coordinate SIT (System Integration Testing) activities and ensure successful completion.
Work closely with InfoSec and Infrastructure teams to obtain approvals and ensure compliance.
Develop, troubleshoot, maintain, enhance, and document application components.
Conduct unit testing and integration testing for the complete solution.
Identify project risks and work with project managers on mitigation planning.

Mandatory Skillsets

Strong hands-on experience in SQL and Oracle RDBMS.
Candidates must have prior hands-on coding/development experience during the initial phase of their career.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery methodologies.
Experience with Microsoft .NET / Java technologies.

OOA & OOD concepts
Good knowledge of design patterns, OO techniques, and data modeling.

Vendors
Internal development teams
Infrastructure teams
Information Security teams
Ability to drive deliveries, follow-ups, and issue resolution effectively.
Experience handling SIT coordination and release activities.
