Position Summary

Needing a Feature Lead with 10+ years experience to be responsible for providing leadership, technical direction and oversight to a team delivering technology solutions. Plays a team lead role (as an individual contributor) and mentors the team. Key responsibilities of the job are to provide oversight of the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer programs, align technical solutions to business objectives, and ensure that coding practices/quality comply with software development standards. Job expectations include conducting multiple software implementations and applying both depth and breadth in knowledge of several technical competencies.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Java Application Development

• Experience with Object Oriented programming

• Experience with Spring (Framework, Spring Boot, ORM, MVC, Integration, Batch, Services)

• Experience with SOA, REST/SOAP webservices, JSON/XML

• Experience in Drools or other rule engines

• Experience in UIO frameworks - Angular JS, Angular or React (any other latest UI framework)

• Exposure to cloud technologies and platforms

• Experience with any of these Source Control Tools: BitBucket/GIT

• Experience with Maven, Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI), Junit

• Experience in NoSQL DB Cassandra

• Experience with at least one RDMS: Oracle, SQL Server

• Experience in Apache Kafka, MQ messaging frameworks

• Experience with Agile/Iterative development and full SDLC development

• Candidates must have good communication skills and the ability to engage and influence teams across technology and business
