Human Resources Coordinator - Onsite - Montreal

Aspire Software is seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing People team!

This is a fully onsite role based in our Montreal office and requires daily, in-person presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, decentralized environment, takes ownership without being asked, and is energized by building strong, compliant HR operations across both the United States and Canada. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time-sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.

Our motto is "Be Humble, Stay Hungry!"

The successful candidate will be based within commutable distance of our office in Saint-Laurent, Montreal, working in an on-site work model!
