Our client, a leading global creative agency, is looking for a Lead Creator / Senior Designer to join their growing social-first team supporting a major global beauty and personal care brand account. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly conceptual yet hands-on creative who thrives in fast-paced social environments and knows how to create content that genuinely resonates across TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and emerging platforms.
In this role, you’ll help shape the social presence and visual storytelling for one of the world’s most recognizable consumer brands, partnering closely with strategy, social, and creative teams to develop platform-native content that drives engagement and cultural relevance across the Canadian market. We’re looking for someone who comes from an ad agency background, is comfortable being client-facing, and can confidently bring forward strong creative perspectives in a collaborative, consultative way.
The ideal candidate is deeply immersed in social content trends and understands what performs across modern platforms — particularly within beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or other branded consumer-facing industries. This person should be a true brand lover with a strong passion for visual identity, storytelling, brand systems, and maintaining consistency across touchpoints while translating brand strategy into compelling creative execution.
What you’ll bring:
• 4–5+ years of experience within brand and graphic design in an agency environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing social-first creative work for recognizable consumer-facing brands
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and short-form social content trends
• Beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or CPG brand experience strongly preferred
• Food/nutrition brand experience may also be considered if tied to strong consumer-facing brand work
• Strong conceptual thinking paired with hands-on graphic design execution
• Experience presenting concepts and pitching creative ideas directly to clients on a regular basis
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Understanding of what is culturally relevant within social and how to create platform-native creative
• Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite and modern creative workflows
• Candidates with Art Director titles must still be actively hands-on in design execution
• Portfolio/work samples are required, ideally showcasing the challenge, thought process, and final creative solution behind the work
• Experience collaborating with global teams is considered an asset
What’s offered:

• Hybrid flexibility in Toronto (roughly 1–2 days onsite as needed, with potential remote flexibility)
