Job Title: HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Officer – Sharjah - UAE
We are hiring a dynamic HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Officer to support end-to-end HR operations and recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.
Role Summary:
The role involves managing full employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, handling HR documentation and systems, and supporting end-to-end recruitment for junior-level roles (admin and blue-collar positions). The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple HR priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations:
• Manage full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and employee requests
• Coordinate with PROs for visa processing, renewals, EID, MOHRE contracts, medical insurance, and related documentation
• Liaise with government authorities including MOHRE, GPSSA, NAFIS, and other regulatory bodies
• Ensure timely visa renewals and employee document compliance
• Draft, update, and maintain MOHRE labour contracts and amendments
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE Labour Law (Law No. 33 of 2021)
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
• Manage HR ERP system (attendance, employee records, leave tracking, documentation)
• Handle employee benefits administration including parking, fines, PEMO cards, and company assets
• Coordinate company car allocation, lease arrangements, and handovers
• Manage employee travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transport
Talent Acquisition:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior roles (admin and blue-collar positions)
• Post job advertisements and source candidates through multiple channels
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for hiring managers
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies, universities, and external hiring partners
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and UAE labour regulations
• Conduct background checks and eligibility verification
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of HR & recruitment experience (UAE/Middle East preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills (HR systems knowledge is a plus)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
