Data Analyst

Location: Poland, hybrid

Contract Type: Temporary employment contract (6 months) (umowa o pracę tymczasową)

Salary: up to 12,500 PLN gross/month

What you’ll do:

• Manage and maintain high-quality account and sales operations data
• Support account creation, standardization, and data validation processes
• Work closely with sales, operations, and analytics teams across global markets
• Perform large-scale data analysis, cleansing, and quality checks
• Support process improvements and data governance initiatives
• Use Salesforce and reporting tools to maintain accurate business data

What you bring:

• 3–5 years of experience in data operations, sales operations, data analysis, or data management
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage and validate high volumes of data accurately
• Strong English communication skills
