As a PMO Manager, you will lead digital transformation initiatives, oversee local IT operations, and coordinate strategic projects in close collaboration with Group teams across international markets.

You will play a key role in connecting business, technology, and data—driving operational efficiency, process automation, and sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Transformation & Process Improvement

  • Support and contribute to digital transformation initiatives aligned with business goals and market needs
  • Drive the transition of manual workflows into scalable digital solutions
  • Analyze business processes and identify automation and optimization opportunities
  • Coordinate ERP change requests and continuous improvement activities with Group stakeholders

Project Management

  • Lead and coordinate strategic local and global projects from initiation to delivery
  • Collaborate closely with software, infrastructure, and data teams across regions
  • Prepare project plans, documentation, and facilitate kickoff meetings
  • Manage stakeholder communication across local and international teams
  • Present regular project status updates and progress reports to management

Budget & Resource Management

  • Support the preparation and management of annual IT & PMO budgets together with the central teams
  • Track budget utilization and report variances when needed
  • Coordinate IT procurement and inventory management processes

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT & PMO team
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations
  • Promote documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing practices across the team


Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management or digital transformation roles
  • Experience working within international and matrix organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional project coordination skills
  • Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with Jira; familiarity with Power BI and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of data management, reporting, and IT infrastructure concepts
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • PMP, PSM, PSPO, Agile, or Scrum certifications are considered an asset
