We are looking for an experienced Applied AI Researcher to join a dynamic Applied Artificial Intelligence (AI) Research team. In this role, you will contribute to the adoption and development of advanced AI and Machine Learning (ML) solutions within a fast-paced financial environment.

You will work across a variety of AI/ML domains, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), information retrieval, time series analysis, and recommender systems. This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about solving complex real-world problems using AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance production-grade machine learning systems and applications.
• Design, experiment with, and evaluate AI/ML-based software solutions.
• Develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-quality production code.
• Take ownership of technical initiatives and contribute to cross-team projects.
• Build reusable libraries and frameworks to support reliable and testable systems.
• Contribute to technical communities, conferences, and open-source initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience in AI/ML or quantitative technology environments.
• Strong experience in software development for quantitative investment workflows across equities, fixed income, or multi-asset strategies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Strong understanding of modern AI/ML techniques and software engineering best practices.
