We are currently building mobile apps focused on AI, Utilities, Music and Photo & Video categories. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Istanbul, Turkiye, with flexibility for some remote work.

Some Of Your Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, our three core growth channels.
  • Help build and iterate on campaign structures, bidding strategies, creative tests, and audience segments under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist in the full campaign lifecycle across platforms: setup, budget tracking, and pulling together performance reports.
  • Get hands-on with our marketing analytics pipeline;Firebase, AppsFlyer, and Google Analytics to understand how campaign data flows across channels and what it tells us.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies; document what works on which platform and why.
  • Collaborate with product managers, creative, and data teams to connect campaign activity with in-app events and business goals.
  • Turn cross-channel campaign data into clear, actionable insights and share them with the team.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (recent graduates welcome).
  • Foundational understanding of digital performance marketing and how paid acquisition works across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google through coursework, internships, personal projects, or certifications.
  • Familiarity with mobile apps as a product category, and genuine curiosity about user acquisition and growth.
  • Comfort with numbers and analytical thinking; you enjoy digging into data to find the "why".
  • Exposure to tools like Firebase, AppsFlyer, or Google Analytics is a plus but we're happy to teach you.
  • Platform certifications (Meta Blueprint, TikTok Academy, Google Ads) are a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Turkish.
  • Eagerness to learn fast, ask questions, and take ownership of your growth.
