Purchase to Pay Accounting Assistant

Amer Sports Global Business Center is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Purchase to Pay Accounting Assistant to support invoice processing. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team environment, is eager to learn, and excels in an ever-evolving workplace.

What You Will Be Doing

• Working with SAP system
• Processing all transactions related to the Purchase to Pay (PtP) process.
• Matching invoices to purchase orders and goods receipts (Invoice/PO/GR).
• Manage vendor open items and follow up on vendor debit balances.
• Monitoring overdue workflows and taking appropriate follow-up actions.
• Making necessary corrections and resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Ensuring timely processing in compliance with SLAs.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
