Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the development of an investment portfolio in Poland, including photovoltaic power plants and energy storage systems.

Manage projects across the full development lifecycle, from early-stage origination through key development milestones and handover.

Lead environmental permitting processes, including Environmental Impact Decisions (DŚ), and obtained and managed planning and zoning approvals (WZ, MPZP, General Plans).

Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, local authorities, and communities.

Conduct technical, legal, and environmental due diligence, coordinate feasibility studies, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Drive projects forward with a proactive and commercially driven mindset, monitore performance against milestones, and support negotiations with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
