Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Multiple product experience in Routing, Switching, Firewall, Load Balancer Configuration and Maintenance of Telco Network devices
• OEM experience – Juniper , CISCO, F5 Palo Alto,
• Software upgradation of Network components- Router, switches, firewalls, Load Balancers
• Work and communicate with client, gathering work requirements and delivery.
• Cross-functional communication for any new requirement understanding, request fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Request and Incident handling and working towards completion and resolution.
• Working with OEM and resolving network issues.
• Assess existing Ntw setup and config, technologies to enhance performance, security and technology
• Examine and evaluate ntw performance and will make recommendations for changes wherever required
• Work in collaboration with application teams and business and identify gaps / changes needed in network infra

Required Skills:

• Must have 5+ years of relevant Network experience in Telco and Telco data center
• Knowledge and experience on Network equipment’s like Routers, Switches, Firewalls and LB’s
• Knowledge and experience of protocols like BGP, OSPF, ISIS, STP,VTP,VLANS,DHCP,VRRP, MPLS etc, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Hands on experience on vendor platforms like Cisco, Juniper, F5 etc.
• Knowledge and experience of upgrading routers, switches and firewalls, Load Balancers.
• Possess knowledge of preparing, maintaining HLD and LLD’s
• Preferably holds a Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification.

Must possess L3 skills in - Switching, Routing, Load Balancing
