The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web application for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will work as part of an agile development team with members from Romania, Germany, and Ukraine to design, estimate, develop and implement software solutions that satisfy the business requirements.
- Responsible for planning, developing and optimizing the UI of modern web applications for our digital commerce touchpoints.
- Implementation of client‑side web frontends with a strong focus on styling, responsive layouts, and UI/UX quality for Adobe Commerce Storefront and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) EDS Frontend.
- Close collaboration with backend developers on shared feature tickets to ensure seamless integration of APIs, components, and templates.
- Development and refinement of UI components and patterns to improve usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.
- Optimization of frontend performance, responsiveness, and cross‑device user experience.
- Creation of high‑quality mockups, visual concepts, and prototypes in close cooperation with UX/UI teams.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
- 3+ years' experience in frontend development
- Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies is a plus
- Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS/SASS, with a focus on creating responsive and high‑quality UIs.
- Experience working with frontend build tools and workflows (e.g., npm, Webpack, Git).
- Confident in implementing designs into pixel‑perfect, accessible, and performant frontend components.
- Experience integrating and working with REST APIs in collaboration with backend developers.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
- Experience with automated testing practices (unit and integration testing).
- Experience or familiarity with Adobe Commerce Storefront or similar commerce frontends is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AEM or the EDS Frontend approach is beneficial.
- Understanding of state management patterns or reactive programming (e.g., RxJS) is a plus
