Scrum Master (AI projects)

Stefanini is hiring a Scrum Master experienced with AI-focused projects to join one of our Portugal-based clients, operating within the energy industry.

• Work model: remote from anywhere in Portugal;
• Role duration: until the end of December 2026, with possible extending;

We are looking for a highly skilled and collaborative Scrum Master to join our client’s Agile environment and support the delivery of innovative AI initiatives. In this role, you will help teams navigate complexity, strengthen Agile practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the hub.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Agile professional who is passionate about AI, team empowerment, and driving meaningful impact through structured agility.

What you’ll do:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support the team in delivering high-value AI products and projects;
• Promote transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within cross-functional teams;
• Suggest and implement new practices and procedures aligned with the Agile Competence Center;
• Conduct knowledge-sharing and training sessions within the hub to spread Agile and delivery best practices;
• Remove impediments and help teams stay focused on outcomes and delivery excellence;
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and momentum;
• Support the maturity of Agile ways of working in an environment driven by innovation and AI.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master;
• Scrum Master certification, preferably PSM II or A-CSM;
• Solid and proven experience in AI products and/or AI projects is essential;
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills;
• Proven ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environments;
• A proactive mindset with the ability to influence, inspire, and drive change;
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for sharing knowledge.
